When trying to connect to the web client using http://hostname:9090, I get "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access / on this server." message. I've installed the product under /root.
Reason: As the product is installed in /root directory, you need to provide execute permission to /root to access the web client.
Solution: To provide permission use the following command (as superuser):
chmod +x root from /directory
