What to do when bandwidth monitor fails to collect data in OpUtils
Issue:
Bandwidth monitor data collection may fail when the device does not respond to broadcast OIDs.
Resolution:
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Navigate to Settings > OpUtils > Bandwidth Monitor > Block/Unblock packet collection.
Select the problematic device. Discard Non-Unicast packets for all interfaces and save the changes.
Wait for 1 hour and check if the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, discard Unicast packets as well and save the changes.
Wait for another hour and verify if the issue is resolved.
If the issue still persists, collect the logs and contact our support team with the screenshot of the problematic UI for further assistance.
