What to do when bandwidth monitor fails to collect data in OpUtils
Issue:
Bandwidth monitor data collection may fail when the device does not respond to broadcast OIDs.

Resolution:
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

- Navigate to Settings > OpUtils > Bandwidth Monitor > Block/Unblock packet collection.
- Select the problematic device. Discard Non-Unicast packets for all interfaces and save the changes.
- Wait for 1 hour and check if the issue is resolved.
- If the issue persists, discard Unicast packets as well and save the changes.
- Wait for another hour and verify if the issue is resolved.
- If the issue still persists, collect the logs and contact our support team with the screenshot of the problematic UI for further assistance.
Note:
- Ensure the device settings are correctly configured to respond to the required OIDs.
- Collect detailed logs if the problem continues for better troubleshooting.
