Users in ManageEngine CloudDNS

ManageEngine CloudDNS provides two roles to users who are invited via email. They are as follows: The Admin and the Operator

Admin

The Admins have complete administrative privileges and can add new users to the CloudDNS organization.

Operator

The operators are given access to a specially curated list of select zones by the administrators who add them.

The Users page is accessed by selecting the Users menu from the left menu bar. The page displays two tabs:

User Management

The User Management tab lists the active users along with their respective roles under your organization. It is in this tab the admin(s) will be able to add or delete a user from the organization.

In addition, CloudDNS provides the ability for administrators to toggle the TOTP-based login feature for individual users.
This can be done by clicking on the blue edit user button at the extreme right end of each user.

Disabling TOTP authentication for a user grants them the privilege to bypass the TOTP login prompt during subsequent access to CloudDNS if they have already logged into their Zoho account.

For users accessing CloudDNS for the first time, TOTP authentication is mandatory and must be completed as part of the login process.

User Audit

The User audit tab helps you monitor your users' login activities by capturing the username, date and timestamp of the latest login activities.
