Exception missing file
HelpDesk/ServiceDeskplus-MSP/tools/postgres/bin/gettimezone: not found
The upgrade failed because of a missing file Gettimezone.
Please navigate to the application folder ManageEngine/ServiceDeskPlus-MSP/tools/postgres/bin
Check if there is a file called Gettimezone
If the file is already available in the above folder please follow these steps
1. Stop the Manageengine ServiceDesk Plus-MSP application
2. Go to the directory ../ManageEngine/ServiceDeskplus-MSP/tools/postgres/bin. Move the existing 'gettimezone' file to a different location outside ManageEngine installation directory.
3. Rename the 'gettimezone_64' as 'gettimezone'.
4. Initiate the upgrade. This should do it.
