Upgrade failure to 10500 - Linux platforms

You may experience an upgrade failure in linux platforms when upgrading to 10500.

Here are the traces from logs,

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: java.io.IOException: Problem while executing ext.sh script file.

Solution:

This error occurs if the Unzip package is not installed on the Linux server. Please install the same, try the upgrade again and that should work.

If the issue persists, please share screenshots of the error and Unzip package install success message. Also Kindly zip the logs folder under the location \ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus-MSP\ and upload it in https://bonitas2.zohocorp.com/
