Unable to add new account

Issue: 

Sometime when trying to create an account or trying to access an account the below error will be thrown



Solution:  

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue:

-> Go to ManageEngine>>ServiceDesk Plus MSP>>conf>>entity_conf

-> Check if you have the file named "udf_field.json" 

-> If yes, delete that file "udf_field.json" and restart the service 

-> Now login and check if the issue is resolved
