Unable to access SDPMSP.

Issue:

>>Unbale to access the application and could not able to start the application through cmd and from services able to start the application though the application is not accessible.

>>The issue is due to backup-related files and folders marked for deletion in conf/startup_file_cleanup.txt. During startup, these files (seemingly network paths) are not accessible leading to the startup being held up.


Solution:

"After the file was cleared, it started without any issues." (Attaching the file content for reference)
