Troubleshooting steps when the health monitor shows message "License exceeded", even though the license is available

  • Delete the apminsight.info file found in the path - %ProgramData%\DotNetAgent\[Application name]         

    Note: The [Application name] will be the name of the monitor folder created for selected application

  • Restart the APM Insight .NET Agent service

  • Perform some transactions manually
