Troubleshooting Applications Manager Plugin (APM Plugin) issues in OpManager/OpManager Plus

APM Plugin is down abnormally
- If the APM plugin is installed as a service, check the wrapper.log file to find whether it was shut down by any external program. If it has any memory/performance-related prints, report the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org and restart the Applications Manager service. After the restart, log out of OpManager. Then, log in again and then click on the Apps tab in OpManager GUI.
- If APM Plugin is not installed as a service, check the latest console.txt file to find whether it was shut down by any external program. If it has any memory/performance-related prints, report the issue to email@example.com and restart the OpManager service.
APM Plugin not started along with OpManager/OpManager Plus
- Please check the latest console.txt or wrapper.log file in case of service installations to know the status. Please wait until the log updates with the below print:

- If there is no latest console.txt file or no update in wrapper.log file, check whether the latest StartUpLogs_out.txt and StartUpLogs_err.txt files contain any error. If you are not sure about the prints/error, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help.
