Trouble Enabling Microsoft Azure Integration
a. The user does not have sufficient permission to enable the Microsoft Admin integration
The below error typically indicates that the integration was previously authorized by another SDAdmin, but the integration is now disabled without properly clearing the associated token.
Next Steps:
-
If you remember which SDAdmin initially authorized the integration, please ask them to re-authenticate using that same profile.
-
If you are unsure, kindly check the system logs across all instances to identify who enabled the integration previously.
-
If no relevant information is found in the logs, please obtain the share the consent and loop in our support team to remove the token from the backend manually.
