Trouble viewing Lifecycle Transitions
The user may have successfully configured and published a lifecycle, but the transition buttons may not be available when attempting to use them on the request details page.
1. This issue could be due to the scope or criteria defined for the specific transition, which should be the first aspect to verify, as the user may not have provided the full scenario.
2. If no one is able to see the transitions and they were working previously, check whether the Disable Spot Edit option is enabled under Advanced Portal Settings. This setting restricts editing field values from the details page and removes lifecycle transitions from the details page, even if they are published and associated with the request.
