How to skip MFA for selected technicians
Disabling MFA for selected technicians
To disable MFA for enrolled users,
- Log in to ADManager Plus.
- Navigate to the Delegation tab.
- In the left pane, navigate to Configuration > Logon Settings > Two Factor Authentication.
- Click the Enrolled Users button in the lower right corner.
- The list of MFA enrolled users is displayed. Select the users for whom you would like to disable MFA.
- Click the Remove icon.
Skip MFA for Selected technicians
- In the Two Factor Authentication tab, click More Options.
- Check the Skip 2FA for the selected technicians option and select the MFA-enabled technicians for whom you would like to skip MFA.
- Click Save.
