How to configure SDP OD with ADManager Plus
ADManager Plus is designed as an on-premise application. To access it over the internet and integrate it with ServiceDesk Plus Cloud, you can follow any one of the below options:
Set up a De-militarized Zone (DMZ) for ADManager Plus. You can refer to the steps at Configuring ADManager Plus to Securely Function in a De-militarized Zone (DMZ).
Host ADManager Plus on cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
Once the above step is completed, ServiceDesk Plus Cloud will be able to communicate with ADManager Plus. Then, you can follow the ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Settings procedure to integrate ServiceDesk Plus Cloud with ADManager Plus.
