If you encounter issues such as file corruption or restricted access, follow the below steps to resolve them.
Check Disk Space: Ensure sufficient disk space is available on the drive where ADManager Plus is hosted.
Grant Permissions: Grant Full Control to the currently logged-in user for the ADManager Plus installation folder.
Antivirus Exemptions: Exclude the ADManager Plus folder from antivirus scans to prevent file restrictions.
File corruption: The um_instance.config and ManageEngine.keystore files might have become corrupted. Restore them using your server/folder backup.
