Solution:

If you encounter issues such as file corruption or restricted access, follow the below steps to resolve them.

  1. Check Disk Space: Ensure sufficient disk space is available on the drive where ADManager Plus is hosted.

  2. Grant Permissions: Grant Full Control to the currently logged-in user for the ADManager Plus installation folder.

  3. Antivirus Exemptions: Exclude the ADManager Plus folder from antivirus scans to prevent file restrictions.

  4. File corruption: The um_instance.config and ManageEngine.keystore files might have become corrupted. Restore them using your server/folder backup.

After completing the above steps, try the action you were performing again. If the issue persists, contact the ADManager Plus support team for further assistance.
