Troubleshooting Steps:

Step 1:

Note: To access the above URL, the password for the default admin user in OpManager should be “admin”
Step 2 -

Check the Health Message, Health Status of the device (in the XML returned by accessing the above URL) having wrong RCA and severity in Applications Manager.

Whatever health returned in XML will be reflected in Applications Manager. If health of returned in XML itself is wrong do the following step.

Step:3

  • Go to OpManager console.
  • If version of OpManager is 11600, access the following URL and run the query.
  • URL ---> http://OPM hostName:Opm port/SubmitQuery.do
  • Query : select * from alert where source='IPAddress/DisplayName of the device whose health is shown incorrectly in AppManager'
  • If version of OpManager is >= 12000, then do the follows and execute the query

  • Click the Image at the top left corner of the Page above Dashboard

  • Go to Support tab in it.

  • Click DB Query

  • Execute the query

Query: Select * from alert where source='IPAddress/DisplayName of the device whose health is shown incorrectly in Applications Manager'.
