This KB will help you to get the notification about based on the site to a technician. Please follow the below instructions.
Please navigate to Admin >> Request timer action >> Add new timer action.
Please configure the below in the application.
Please choose the site as per your requirement.
Then click on after rules and then configure the notification action.
Kindly select the site as per your requirement.
Then select custom action>> Notification action
Then the below dialog box appears and kindly select a new template.
Just create a new templatelike the below and save
Then choose the template that you have created and select the variable as the $ticket owner in the To field.
You can choose the cc as well. Then click on save template.
Finally, click save and associate. So when the criteria is matched the specific technician will be notified.
