Traces within the logs:
[SYSERR] [INFO] : java.lang.Exception: java.net.ConnectException: Trying to start PostgresSQL server failed
Please follow the steps below to address the same :
1. Stop the ServiceDesk Plus MSP service.
2. Open the command prompt in administrator mode. Go to ManageEnigne\ServiceDeskPlus MSP\bin and execute the shutdown.bat to shutdown properly.
3. In the same location executed the stopDb.bat to stop database properly if running.
4. Checked the task manager there should NOT be any postgres related to the product in running state. You can check this by right clicking the task->Open file location.
5. Provide FULL Control permission for the user "Everyone" to the ManageEnigne\ServiceDeskPlus MSPPGSQL folder.
6. Invoke the upgrade process now, that should work.
