Steps to troubleshoot when no data is available for Python applications

APMInsight Instance is UP but No Data is available

      Possible reasons : 
  1. Your application is not receiving any traffic.

    1. Solution: To address this, perform some transactions within your application and wait a few minutes for data to become accessible.
  2. Your application may be using unsupported frameworks.

    1. Solution: Please check the list of supported frameworks. If your environment is not supported, get in touch with appmanager-support@manageengine.com for assistance.

APM instance is in a DOWN state, and no data is available.

      Possible reasons : 
  1. Your application may be experiencing downtime.

    1. Solution: Check the status of your application and investigate network connectivity issues between the Python Agent and the Data Exporter.
  2. The Data Exporter Might be down : 

    1. Solution: Ensure that the Data Exporter Service is running correctly and verify the connectivity between the Data Exporter and Applications Manager.
