Start/Stop Mail fetching is not working for the foreign languages
Issue is happening for builds 10504 and above.
Navigate to ManageEngine/ServiceDeskPlus-MSP/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/security and take a backup of the file security-generalaccess.xml and place it on the desktop (Please do not place the backup file on the same location).
For START/STOP FETCHING:
1. Navigate to ManageEngine/ServiceDeskPlus-MSP/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/security and Edit the file named security-generalaccess.xml,
2. Search and identify the highlighted keyword
<url csrf="true" method="POST" path="/FetchStatus.do" roles="SDAdmin">
<param name="actionbutton" regex="Stop Fetching|Start Fetching"/>
</url>
3. Change the highlighted value to type="String".
For SAVE:
1. In the same file mentioned above, Search and identify the highlighted keyword below,
<url csrf="true" method="POST" operation-param="mailConfig" operation-value="incoming,mailparser,outgoing,delimiter" path="/EMailDef.do" roles="SDAdmin"> .....
<param name="editEmailSetting" regex="Save"/>
2. change the highlighted value to type="String".
Save the file after making the above changes.
