Solution link behavior change after builds 14200
Issue: The Solution field is completely revamped and hence the links to search solutions in below format wont work in recent builds:
Versions before 14200
In versions before 14200 the link to Solutions was:
https://serveraddress/SolutionsHome.do?action=view
It was possible to refer any Solution Topic like with ID:
https://serveraddress/showTopicDetails.do?action=view&id=8
Version 14200 and above
Now, since version 14200, the link is:
https://serveraddress/ui/solutions?mode=list
In this case , if any customer wants to view the solution by any specific topics , we can provide them to follow the below link format:
/ui/solutions?mode=list&gsearch=TOPIC:<topic_name>
by the above format customers will be able to pick and view specific topics in solutions.
Note : the above format is only applicable for builds above 14200
