SharePoint Online Site URL temporarily not available in the usage report

In the SharePoint Online monitor, under the Sites and Application tab -> SharePoint Sites Statistics table, the 'Site' column displays the Site URL when available; otherwise, the Site ID is shown. In certain cases, the Site URL may be temporarily unavailable in the SharePoint Online Usage Report.
