Servicedesk Plus gets logged off after integrating with ManageEngine Reports
Problem: Servicedesk Plus logs off randomly. Problem occurs after setting up integration between ManageEngine Reports and Servicedesk Plus.
Solution: If you have installed Servicedesk Plus and ManageEngine Analytics Plus on same server, please access the consoles as below.
If you are accessing Servicedesk Plus using server hostname, (http://hostname:port), then access the ManageEngine Reports using localhost. (https://localhost:8443), else vice versa. Since both applications use same username, the browser might log you out when you access them alternatively.
