Server monitor is not reachable and it is shown as down in AppManager.

Check the target is reachable using ipaddress. If yes, then do the following.

It means ping with ipaddress works fine. Ping with hostname is not working.

Please do the following steps to overcome this issue.
  1.  Search for the IP Address in the search bar by choosing the option "Search in All".
  2.  Select the problematic monitor and choose the option "Update IP" from the Actions drop down.
  3.  Choose the option "Replace Host Name with IP Address".
  4.  Click on Apply.
  5.  Please go back into the server monitor and see if the Hostname is also replaced with the IP Address().
  6.  It will resolve this issue.
