Send notification to requesters when a request is created outside operational hours.
We can achieve this using a python script attached to the article
1. Under Admin>Business Rules>>> Set the below configurations
Script name : py send_mail.py $COMPLETE_V3_JSON_FILE
The above business rule will execute where ever there is a request created outside the operational hour.
In the server, under ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus-MSP\integration\custom_scripts you will have to paste the below file and perform modifications.
1. configuration.json - Configure the Mail Server Details
2. functions.py - No edit required
3. send_mail.py - Configure the email template.
