Script: Update priority when the subject contains urgent or emergency

1.Download the contents and paste it under \ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus MSP\integrations\Custom_scripts.
2. Modify the subject in the script as per the requirement.
3. In the configuration.json, configure the URL and technician key.
4. Configure custom trigger as in the attached screenshot available in the zip file.

Note: Python has to be installed for the script to function. You can refer the steps mentioned here to install Python.
