Requirement:
When a change is created, the Change Approver role is to be filled automatically with the Change Requester's "Reporting to" user.
Steps:
>> Attached are the contents for Global and Change Custom Functions.
>> Navigate to Admin > Global Custom Function > Create a new Custom Function > Paste the contents from "Global Custom Function" and save it with a name.
>> Change the URL and the Technician key in the script appropriately.
>> Go to Admin > Change Custom Function > Create a new Custom Function > Paste the contents from "Change Custom Function" and save it with a name.
>> Provide the API name of the Global Function in the highlighted place below,
>> Under Admin > Custom Trigger > Change, configure a new custom trigger as mentioned below,
>> Criteria can be modified to meet specific requirements.
