Tested on build 10600:
1. Download the attached zip file and extract the same.

Go to Admin > Request Custom Functions > Global function > New
> and paste the content from the configuration.txt file and save it
with a name as shown below:
3. Update the application URL and the technician key in the script as highlighted above.

Go to Admin --> Request Custom Functions --> Custom Actions
--> and paste the content from the file 3. Send mail MSP.txt and save
it with a name as shown below:

Make sure that the additional field API value, from address and the
configuration name are updated correctly as highlighted above. The
configuration name highlighted above in yellow should be same as that of
the Global function name, as indicated in below snip:

Configure a custom trigger like shown below, so whenever a request is
closed, an email would be sent to the email address mentioned in the
additional field with a link to the request access.
You can mention the criteria in the script as per your requirement so that the script gets triggered based on the criteria.
