Reset Personal Tab.
Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to reset the personal tab. All old passwords stored under the Personal Tab will be lost.
- Login to PMP with the login user name and password for which the personal tab needs to reset.
- Modify the PMP url by as given below by replacing the contents after 7272 with jsp/xmlhttp/AjaxResponse.jsp?RequestType=ResetPersonal
- For example: https://pmp-server:7272/jsp/xmlhttp/AjaxResponse.jsp?RequestType=ResetPersonal
- Hit Enter and the Personal tab will be reset. You may enter the new encryption key and re-enter the personal passwords one by one manually in the Personal tab.
