Remove High Availability setup in ADManager Plus

How to break HA setup:

  • Please stop the ADManager Plus in services.msc in the Primary and Secondary servers.

  • Please download the files from the attachment at the bottom of this article.

  • Place the RemoveHASettings.bat file in the bin folder of the installation directory (<installation Drive>\ManageEngine\ADManager Plus\bin) in the Primary server.

  • Place the RemoveHASettings.jar file in the lib folder of the installation directory (<installation Drive>\ManageEngine\ADManager Plus\lib) in the Primary server.

  • Open the command prompt as admin from the bin path <installation Drive>\ManageEngine\ADManager Plus\bin.

  • Execute the RemoveHASettings.bat file.

  • Once successfully executed, you will be shown with the line "timed out'.

  • After that you can start the service of ADManager Plus and check for the HA setup broke under the High Availability > Admin tab.
