On some occasions, the search in modules like Requests, Solutions etc may not work effectively. All database data needs to be reindexed to fix search issues within the SupportCenter Plus console. Please follow the below mentioned:
1. Stop the "ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus" service from "services.msc".
3. Open a CMD with Administrative privileges.
4. Go to <Drive>:\ManageEngine\SupportCenterPlus\bin and enter the below command:
reIndexData.bat AllModule
5. The reindexing process may take a few minutes to complete, depending on the size of the data and the module selected
6. Now Start the application services
Note: It is also possible to reindex a specific module as shown below:
