On some occasions, the search in modules like Requests, Solutions etc may not work effectively. All database data needs to be reindexed to fix search issues within the ServiceDesk Plus-MSP console. Please follow the below mentioned:
1. Stop the "ManageEngine ServiceDeskPlus-MSP" service from "services.msc".
3. Open a CMD with Administrative privileges.
4. Go to <Drive>:\ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus-MSP\bin and enter the below command:
reIndexData.bat AllModule
5. The reindexing process may take a few minutes to complete, depending on the size of the data and the module selected
6. Now Start the application services
Note: It is also possible to reindex a specific module as shown below:
