RBM - Chrome playback Troubleshooting

Chrome playback option not enabled

Verify End User Monitoring Agent version.

End User Monitoring Agent (version 17 and above) & Applications Manager (Build no: 15000 and above) is required

Check error message in End User Monitoring Agent settings page (http://hostname:9999/)

         If it is any of the following one
    1. Kindly install Google Chrome to perform playback in Chrome.
      1. Check if Google Chrome browser is present in the default location in the machine where End User Monitoring Agent is installed.
    2. Configure the WebDriver to perform playback using Google Chrome Browser.

Make sure that chromedriver  installed is compatible with Google Chrome browser version                                         
  1. Open the terminal and navigate to the folder where chromedriver is present
  2. Run -> "chromedriver -v" find driver version 
  3. Click here to find the compatibility matrix
  4. If the driver is not compatible, then download respective chromedriver.

If End User Monitoring Agent present in headless machine

    1. For a headless environment, EUM Agent requires display server to enable RBM chrome playback.
    2. Install any one of the Display servers and start the server.
    3. Take a note of the port in which display server is running.
    4. Go to Agent Settings page (http://hostname:9999/) and enter the display server port variable in Display port field.
    5. Restart EUM Agent.
