Performance Issue - Inputs required and details to be checked

When there are performance issue's are reported\seen in the application. Check and update the support team with the below details:

1. Is the CPU usage spiking above 80% ?
2. Any specific module being unusable ?
3. Application getting crashed ?
4. Specific Application page being frozen or unresponsive ?

Java Tuning:
Verify if the Java Tuning has already been done, if not refer to this link and perform the same.

Enable Glowroot:
In case, if the performance issue is seen multiple times within a particular timeframe. Then we highly recommend to enable the Glowroot as per this link and share the Glowroot folder along with the below details:

Performance URL:
Please make use of the below Performance URL (in a different tab) when the performance issue occurs (replace the URL in bold as per yours):

The above URL works even when the server is not responding. Invoking the above URL collects the below outputs at the time of the issue occurrence and automatically place it in the Logs folder present under <Drive>:\ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus-MSP:
ThreadDump
RunningQueries
LockedQueries
ConnectionDump

Once the above files are generated, a message will be shown in the browser,
--- Successfully generated debug log files. Please zip the 'logs' folder present in the ServiceDesk folder and send it to 'servicedeskplus-msp-support@manageengine.com'. --

Now immediately zip the log folder present under <Drive>:\ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus-MSP and share it with us along with the issue recreated time. If the logs are more than 10mb, please upload it in our FTP link.

In order to provide a quicker Resolution\Fix for the performance issue, please share the below without fail:

1. Recreate the reported issue by making use of performance URL.
2. Share the Issue Recreated time.
3. Type of Action performed.
4.  Entire Logs folder present under :<Drive>:\ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus-MSP.
5.  Entire Glowroot folder present under :<Drive>:\ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus-MSP.
