How to partially hide users' email IDs or Mobile numbers on verification (MFA) pages

These steps detail how to partially hide the mobile numbers or email addresses of users on MFA pages.

 

  1. Log into the ADSelfService Plus portal using admin credentials.

  2. Navigate to Configuration > Self-Service > Multi-Factor Authentication.

  3. From the drop-down, choose the policy on which to apply this setting and click Advanced > Verification code.

  4. Under Others, enable the Partially hide Email ID/Mobile No. on MFA pages checkbox.




The users' email IDs or Mobile numbers will now be partially hidden on user verification pages.
