This KB will explain how you can trigger an e-mail notification when a new user is created.

1. Navigate to Admin tab> System Settings > Notification Profile.
2. Click the Edit button under the Action column for the User Creation profile.
3. Edit the criteria in the Profile criteria module.
   Note: You can choose Create Single User or Create Bulk Users or both in the summary view which can be accessed by editing the Profile Criteria.
4. Click Save.
