Notification 'From' address based on type of users
Below is a matrix that shows from where users will receive notifications while sending emails to different support email addresses in the application.
| Users | Sends email to Account Support email address | Sends email to Group Support Email address |
| Technician | Notifications will be received from MSP Support email address (sent to MSP or Non-MSP) | Receives response from respective Support email address (sent to MSP or Non-MSP) |
| MSP Requester | Notifications will be received from MSP Support email address | Cannot create requests using Non-MSP Support email address. Can only create request with MSP Group email address |
| Non-MSP Requester | Notifications will be received from Respective Account Support email address | Notifications will be received from Respective group Support email address |
