Notification 'From' address based on type of users

Below is a matrix that shows from where users will receive notifications while sending emails to different support email addresses in the application.

Users	Sends email to Account Support email address	Sends email to Group Support Email address
Technician	Notifications will be received from MSP Support email address (sent to MSP or Non-MSP)	Receives response from respective Support email address (sent to MSP or Non-MSP)
MSP Requester	Notifications will be received from MSP Support email address	Cannot create requests using Non-MSP Support email address. Can only create request with MSP Group email address
Non-MSP Requester	Notifications will be received from Respective Account Support email address	Notifications will be received from Respective group Support email address
