New installation with pgsql backend does not start. Logs show "could not bind IPv6 socket: Cannot assign requested address"

Solution : Please comment out or remove the IPv6 address entry in the /etc/hosts file and then try to restart the product.
Example:
#::1            localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6
