Network Configuration: Domains to Allow for ServiceDesk Plus Cloud Access
Whitelisting specific IP addresses is not recommended, as they are dynamic and subject to frequent changes. If you whitelist by IP, you would need to update your network configuration each time the IPs change.To avoid this, we recommend whitelisting the following domain URLs to ensure uninterrupted access to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud:

The below CDN domains are not DC specific except for CN DC

css.zohocdn.com
For CN DC, the CDN domain's top level domain should be replaced with .com.cn instead of .com [Eg:static.zohocdn.com.cn, img.zohocdn.com.cn]
