MSSQL- Last hour report showing unaccounted for Application, source and destination.

Steps for version 12:

Regarding the issue last hour report showing unaccounted, Please make sure you have done following steps:

1. Stop the OpManager service.

2. From the installed MSSQL SERVER, copy the files bcp.exe and bcp.rll to <OpManager_Home>/bin/  folder.

3. Go to the services window on the server where MSSQL is installed. Please make sure that "SQL browser" service is running.

4. If the NetFlow Analyzer and MSSQL database is on the different server, Download the same version of MSSQL server Native client and install it on the NetFlow Analyzer server. This is needed for NetFlow Analyzer to communicate remote database server. After installing the Native client, please restart the NetFlow Analyzer server.

5. Make sure that the database user for OpManagerDB has "sys admin" permission.

6. Start the OpManager service and check.



Steps for till version 11001:

1. Stop the NetFlow Analyzer service.
