Migration step to migrate NetFlow Analyzer from build 9860 and above with MySQL DB (Linux)
Please follow the below steps again to migrate NetFlow Analyzer build 9860 from 32 bit to 64 bit and check on the issue:
STEPS:
1. Shut down NetFlow Analyzer service.
2. Backup the below directories \ files to a safe location. Note that these are 2 different directories but with the same name, and hence ensure you mark which one is which so as not to be confused when restoring.
i. Data folder from <NetFlow> home directory.
ii. Data folder from <NetFlow\Mysql> directory.
iii. AdventnetLicense.xml file from <NetFlow\lib> directory.
iv. database_params.conf, Persistence folder and Wrapper.conf from <NetFlow\conf>
v. startDB.sh, stopDB.sh and setcommonenv.sh files from <NetFlow_home>\bin
3. Uninstall the current build after taking backup and Install same NetFlow Analyzer BUILD 64 on the server and run the NetFlow Analyzer service once. You can download same BUILD from the below link:

4. Run the service once and shutdown the NetFlow Analyzer service.
5. Download and unzip the Mysql folder from the below link and copy it to the NetFlow_Home directory :

6. Restore the backed up folders to the new installation under the same location:
i. Data folder backed up from <NetFlow> home directory to <NetFlow> home directory.
ii. Data folder backed up from <NetFlow\Mysql> directory to <NetFlow\Mysql> directory.
iii. database_params.conf, Wrapper.conf and Persistence backed up from <NetFlow\conf> directory to <NetFlow\conf> directory.
iv. startDB.sh, stopDB.sh and setcommonenv.sh from bin folder backed up from <NetFlow_Home> directory to <NetFlow_home> directory.
6. Start the NetFlow Analyzer service and apply the license file from License Management page in the product GUI.
