Migrating from 32bit to 64bit
Please find the step by step procedure to migrate the SupportCenter Plus application from old 32-Bit server to new 64-Bit server,
1. Stop the application services.
2. Take a full backup of the application from the command prompt of the old server. For instructions on how to take a backup, please refer the below link,

3. In the new server, please install the appropriate build(here if your current build is 8009, then please install 8009). Please access our below link to download the particular build(8009),

4. Please access the below link for detailed procedure of installing the application in a server,

5. After the successful installation of the application, please start the application from the command prompt and then stop it. Here in the below link will provide detailed information of starting the application from the command prompt,

6. After stopping the application, you can restore the data taken from the command prompt by executing restoredata.bat. For instructions related to restoring the data, please access the below link,

7. Once the data is restored successfully, please start the application and confirm it.
Please revert for any further clarification/assistance regarding it.
Basic Requirements would be a 64-Bit machine, 8Gb or 16Gb ram for better performance and min of 250 Gb Hard disk so that you dont run out of space very quickly.
You wont need additional license for migration.
