Mail fetching stops processing of emails from unknown requester caused the whole mail_fetching service to stop.
Steps to recreate:
#Set Add Unknown User As - Unapproved Users
#Set Provide login access to users created through e-mail requests in ssp as No
#Send a mail from Unknown User
#Mail fetching is stopped.
As a workaround, We request you to navigate to Admin->Self-Service Portal Settings and set the configuration as below and save.
Set Add Unknown User As - Approved Users as shown below and save.
