Issue when trying to import users from ActiveDirectory to ServiceDeskPlus MSP
Trace :
'"Normal PING failed for the workstation : dc.internal:636. Result of ping : Ping request could not find host dc.internal:636. Please check the name and try again."
Reason :
Connectivity failed between application server and AD.
Kindly ask them to check whether the AD server is reachable from the application.
