Invalid Access URL while using Duo Security as an MFA
This issue occurs when the URL used to access ADSelfService Plus is not properly updated in the Access URL settings.
To update the Access URL in the ADSelfService Plus admin console, follow these steps:
Log in to the ADSelfService Plus admin console.
Navigate to Admin > Product Settings > Connection.

Click Configure Access URL at the top right corner of the page.
Update the server name with the public URL of ADSelfService Plus.
Enable HTTPS and ensure the port reflects the one used for accessing the public URL.
Save the changes to apply the updated URL.
