Installation on Windows

Check if the logged in account has local admin rights on the server since it is required for the installation to complete.
Check if the logged in account has write permission to the installation directory and temp %temp% directories.
If the installations stays running for a longer period of time (more than 5 mins), then check if there are any Antivirus solutions/antimalware/real-time scanning solutions running in the machine.
If the installation is struck in "Registering" section, then the installation is complete but there are issues in configuring postgres.
In that case, kill the installation using Task Manager. Then copy the file named postgres_ext.conf present in PAM360/pgsql/ext_conf and paste it into PAM360/conf directory.
Then try starting the service and it should start fine.
