1. Recreate the issue by saving the page under Admin->Advanced Analytics Plus configuration from the user interface.
2. Zip the complete Zreports folder present under ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus MSP.
3. Also zip the complete logs folder present under ManageEngine\ServiceDeskPlus MSP.
4. Navigate to Reports->Query reports and Send the output of the following queries,
select * from zohoreportsconfiguration
select * from donotificationmodule
select * from zrdynamicvaluesinfo
Mention the issue recreated time for analysis.
Choose appropriate Product names while uploading and if you a ticket ID for it earlier, mention the same in the comments section.
