Incorrect bad password count value in reports

The reason for incorrect bad password count values shown in reports is that all the domain controllers (DCs) are not added in the list of DCs available for the specific domain under Domain Settings in ADManager Plus.

Steps to add the appropriate DCs of the domain in the Domain Settings section

  1. Open ADManager Plus.

  2. Click Domain Settings located at the top-right corner of ADManager Plus.

  3. In the Actions column of the domain in which you wish to add DCs, click the Edit Domain Details icon.

  4. You will now be able to see the list of domain controllers that have already been added for this domain in the pop-up window. Click Add More DCs, and enter the names of the domain controllers that you want to add in the field provided.

  4. Click Add to confirm.

  5. Click Update.
