I am an Administrator and want to change a Requester/ Technician’s login email address in the application.
Login to the application with the current Super Admin credentials.
Click ‘ User Details’ on the Left Hand Side
Click on the name of the user whose details you want to update.
On the top click ‘ Change Login Email IDs’
Provide the new email address and the administrator password and click ‘ Add’
A mail will be sent to this new email address for confirmation.
Once this mail id is confirmed then you will see the option "Make Primary" .
Click on this to update your email address.
