How to upload Files to Bonitas site?
To upload the files on our FTP, follow the steps below:
For files within 10GB/100MB.
2. Select ServiceDesk Plus in the product drop-down list.
3. Provide your email address in Your Email Address: field.
4. Type the Request Id in the Reason field.
5. Choose the file that you wish to upload and click Upload. Let me know the File link you received after uploading the file.
