How to troubleshoot Python agent installation or configuration?
Python Agent Check :
- Ensure that you have included the Python code snippet or are starting the application using Python as required. If not, refer to step 4 in this link.
- Make sure that the AppManager Data Exporter has been correctly installed. Additionally, confirm that the corresponding Data Exporter configuration has been correctly set in the Python Script. If the exporter is running on a different machine, follow the installation steps outlined in the documentation.
- Make Sure the license key , applications Manager Host , Applications Manager Port , provided in the Data Exporter are correct
